23 November 2013. The Hendon line up for this game was the same as the previous FA Trophy win against Oxford City. The consistency helped them steal a point in this 2 – 2 draw. Lee O’Leary and Jefferson Louis made their names onto the score sheet for Hendon. Jason Hallett and David Bryant did the same for East Thurrock United FC.
Two days later (25 November 2013) Canvey Island FC took to the field in the Isthmian league against Hendon. Jay Curran scored after 25 minutes to put Canvey into the lead. Hendon responded by netting 4 goals in 11 minutes either side of half time. Tony Taggart, Carl McCluskey and Jefferson Louis (twice) were the scorers. Jay Curran scored once more. The final score being 4 – 2.
